Condition of Participation
Applicant must be a Hong Kong registered company with substantial operation in the territory.

The participation fee includes space rental fee, booth construction, furniture and promotional activities arranged by HKTDC:

^ This is the cost of 1 showcase. Dimension of showcase might subject to change. The cost includes that for one-way shipment. Return shipment can be arranged on participants' own expense.

Delivery of Exhibits
A recommended forwarder agency will be appointed to handle the shipment of samples. Participants have to settle all the expenses with the agency directly.
Travel & Accommodation
A recommended travel agency will be appointed for delegates to arrange air tickets, hotel accommodations, visa applications and insurances.
