Listing Fees in Hong Kong

To list on HKEx, payment of an initial listing fee and an annual listing fee is required. The initial listing fee is calculated based on the monetary value of equity securities of the company to be listed. The annual listing fee is calculated by reference to the nominal value of the securities which are or are to be listed on the Exchange, and is payable in advance in one instalment.
