Spring boon for shoppers

WHAT: The Hong Kong Trade Development Council is launching the Spring Shopping Fest in retail paradise Hong Kong. Product categories include baby essentials (baby food, clothing, care products, trolleys, etc); fashion and jewellery (fashion, fashion accessories, jewellery, optical, watches); gourmet and wine (food, wine, tea, organic food products); health and beauty (beauty and wellness products, healthcare, health supplements, sanitary products, anti-epidemic products, masks); home and living (houseware, home appliances, home decor, furnishing and home textiles, kitchen and tableware, lighting products); technologies and electronics (electronic gadgets, audio visual products); toys and leisure (toys, books, local-designed gifts, sports and leisure items, stationery, eco-friendly products).

WHO: Organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council

WHY: Hongkongers generally go on shopping sprees in the run-up to Lunar New Year – which falls on the first three days of February next year. Retailers who want to reach out to these spenders, and shoppers seeking outlets, need to mark this festival on their calendars.
