Precious stones on display

WHAT: Jewellers are as much craftsmen as they are retailers and depend on a wide range of high-value raw materials. This sourcing event puts a full range of jewellers’ source materials under one roof in one of the world’s most dynamic jewellery markets. Sections at the fair are Diamond, Hall of Fine Diamond, Gem, Treasures of Nature, Pearl, Treasures of Ocean, Laboratory-grown Diamond, Synthetic Gemstone, Testing Inspection & Certification, and Trade Association & Publication.

WHEN:

Physical fair

The show is open to trade and public visitors aged 16 or above.

Admission fee is HK$100 per public visitor. For security reasons, you must validate your badge by presenting your passport or Hong Kong Identity Card (other forms of identity documents will not be accepted) in person at the Buyer Registration Counter. Visitors with validated badges can also visit the concurrent HKTDC Hong Kong International Jewellery Show.

Online fair

3-14 March 2022

For 3-7 March, the opening hours of Online Show (Click2Match) will be the same as the Physical Show. For 8-14 March, the opening hours will be 9:00am to 9:00pm.

WHO: Organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. Co-organisers are the Hong Kong Jewellers' & Goldsmiths' Association; Hong Kong Jewellery & Jade Manufacturers Association; Hong Kong Jewelry Manufacturers' Association; and the Diamond Federation of Hong Kong, China Ltd.

WHY: A showcase of exhibitors from across the world will enjoy front-row access to the industry’s top buyers in search of high-quality jewellery raw materials. The show is also home to a vast collection of industry expertise, putting exhibitors one step ahead of market developments. A line-up of events, trend forecasts, seminars, buyer forums and jewellery parades presents opportunities for networking while revealing the industry’s hottest visionaries. The 2019 event, the most recent physical fair, drew 1,990 exhibitors, 35,687 buyers and covered more than five hectares.

AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME: The online meetings arranged by the HKTDC have given us a possibility to be connected with several potential business partners before we could meet in person at next year’s show. This year’s hybrid show was very well organised and has been a useful alternative platform when we are not allowed to travel. We look forward to being able to visit the show in person soon after borders reopen!
