For now, at least, Hong Kong based interior design start-up, House of Butler, is a one-woman operation. But it is built on the solid foundations of a childhood passion which took the company's founder, Amy Company Butler, from designing and constructing her own dolls houses at the age of seven in her native Spain, to overseeing the completion of one of Hong Kong's iconic new hotels.
