On 11 March 2017, the Official Journal published a European Commission communication in the framework of the implementation of Directive 2014/53/EC relating to the making available on the market of radio equipment. The communication sets out the latest list of harmonised standards, applicable throughout the EU. Indeed, this list replaces all the previous lists published in the Official Journal, and it is the European Commission that ensures the updating of this list. More

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a direct final rule revising the mandatory standard for toddler beds to incorporate by reference a more recent version of the applicable ASTM standard for these products (ASTM F1821). More

AMS is proposing to revise the U.S. grade standards for shelled walnuts and walnuts in the shell in order to include red coloured walnuts and remove the “unclassified” section. Grade standards are used as a common language among traders and serve as a means of measuring value in the marketing of agricultural products. More
