Condition of participation:

Applicant must be a Hong Kong registered company (All merchandise will be displayed for order-taking only, on-the-spot sales are strictly prohibited)

Participation fee of Hong Kong Pavilion:

EUR 7,800 for a 12 sqm booth. Basic facilities are included, such as electrical supply and lightings, shelves, cabinets, meeting table, chairs and company fascia etc.

Mandatory communication fee:

Mandatory communication fee (formerly known as basic catalogue entry) is no longer included into the participation fee of Hong Kong Pavilion. This obligatory fee, EUR 990 per company, includes the basic entry listing in the online exhibition platform in addition to electronica website and mobile app. This platform provides digital business matching and networking services. Basic catalogue entry for printed fair catalogue, onsite directly, and visitor guide, is included.

Shipment of samples:

The Co-organisers will appoint a forwarding agent to provide services to exhibitors at their own cost.

Travelling arrangements:

Delegates are encouraged to contact official travel agent (to be advised) for all travel arrangements such as air ticket, hotel accommodation, local transportation and travel insurance. However, delegates may also contact agents of their choice for travel arrangements.

Other expenses:

Other expenses incurred for additional booth facilities required, on-site forwarding, lifting and handling will be borne by individual exhibitor.
