State Council Upgrades Four High-Tech Industrial Development Zones to National Level

The State Council recently gave the green light to the upgrading to the national level of four high-tech industrial development zones: Chuzhou, in Anhui province; Anyang, in Henan; Zunyi, in Guizhou; and Karamay, in Xinjiang.
