Customs Waives Administrative Penalties for Voluntary Disclosure of Minor Tax Violations

The General Administration of Customs recently announced that import and export enterprises that voluntarily disclose tax violations and promptly make rectification as required by customs authorities will have their administrative penalties waived. The policy will be in force until the end of 2023.
