Customs Conduct Random Sampling Inspections of Imports and Exports Other Than Statutory Requirements

The General Administration of Customs started random sampling inspections of some import and export commodities on 13 July. The import commodities include stationery, baby and child products, home dishwashers, electronic toilet seats, oral appliances and simulated jewellery. The export commodities include children’s toys, children’s bicycles and scooters, and electric hot water bags.
