Mainland Revises Product Specific Rules of Origin under CEPA

The General Administration of Customs (GAC) recently issued an announcement (GAC Announcement No. 76 [2020]), stating that the revised Rules of Origin (ROO) under the Agreement on Trade in Goods under the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA) contained in the annexes of GAC Announcements No. 213 and No. 214 [2018] will take effect on 1 July 2020. The following is the table of ROO revision under CEPA:
