Guangzhou’s Nansha Tries Out Group Registration of Enterprises
27 July 2020
The General Office of the Guangzhou Nansha Development Zone Management Committee of the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone recently issued a circular outlining the trial measures for the administration of registered enterprise clusters ( Sui Nan Zi Mao Guan Ban Gui No. 1 [2020] ). The measures are designed to deepen business environment reform, encourage mass entrepreneurship and innovation, facilitate the establishment of new enterprises, and regulate registration of enterprise clusters administration.
The measures stipulate that a business secretarial service contract should be concluded between the trustee enterprise and members of the registered enterprise cluster. The contract will specify that the trustee enterprise provides the enterprises concerned with services including the use of registered domicile and the collection of official letters, legal documents and mail, and may assist in the application of licences and permits and provide different types of business services on request.
The measures are effective from 15 June 2020 to 14 June 2023.
