Hainan Releases Negative List for Cross-Border Trade in Services

The 2021 negative list for cross-border trade in services released by the Ministry of Commerce for the Hainan Free Trade Port will take effect on 26 August. Special management measures for overseas service providers who provide services through cross-border trade will apply to the Hainan Free Trade Port that covers the whole Hainan Island.
