China Releases 14th Five-Year Plan for Development of Circular Economy

The National Development and Reform Commission recently released its 14th Five-Year Plan for the development of a circular economy. The plan envisages the full implementation of circular production by 2025. Tasks include improving efficiency in the use of resources , building a resource recycling society, and establishing circularity in agricultural production.
