State Council Introduces Ease of Doing Business Reforms

As announced by the State Council, applications submitted by foreign companies to set up travel agencies are to be approved within 15 instead of 30 working days. Furthermore, in Hainan province, record-filing is no longer required for franchisors to engage in commercial franchising activities.
