China Unveils 14th Five-Year Plan for Port Development

Under the 14th Five-Year Plan for Port Development issued by the General Administration of Customs, China will have established world-class modernised ports ‘with Chinese characteristics’ by 2025. Features of such ports will include efficient layout, advanced facilities, efficient construction and co-ordinated economic infrastructure.
