Hainan Revises Product Quality Rules

Hainan province’s recently updated regulations on the supervision and administration of product quality took effect on 30 September 2021. The revised rules prohibit the production and sale of products that violate national and industry standards for the protection of people’s health, safety and property. Truthful information must be given on product labels or packaging.
