China Releases 14th Five-Year Plan for Foreign Investment Utilisation

China’s Ministry of Commerce recently released a plan to promote the utilisation of foreign investment during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. Goals include further expanding the scope of foreign investment access and enhancing the role of open platforms to strengthen their coupling effects with overseas investment, foreign trade, and the promotion of consumption.
