China Unveils Plan for Software and Big Data Sectors

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently released its 14th five-year plan for the development of the software and information technology service sectors, the big data industry, informatisation and industrialisation. The plan will steer the upgrading and growth of China’s information industry and sets out development targets and tasks for the relevant sectors over the next five years.
